Okay, it’s time to get serious. I want to help you shed those extra pounds. And I’ll be losing my extra pounds right along with you. Remember a few simple rules: No crash dieting – a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Also, if you have a LapBand, in order to participate in this challenge, you need to have had your surgery at least 6 months ago, or longer. The Challenge begins NOW, and wraps up on March 15, 2011.
The winner will be the participant who has dropped the highest percentage of extra body weight (sort of like the Biggest Loser). This evens the playing field for all participants, no matter their weight. The winner will receive an advanced, autographed copy of my brand new cookbook, which will be released SOON!
